London's Covent Gardens with all the booths of fresh flowers, fruits and veggies and fish.

The Original Starbucks with a crazy line! They have designated places throughout the market where musicians are allowed to play. Some have just a piano or guitar and some places have a whole band! I'm guessing this is a prime location.
